University examinations are one of the most complex academic operations. They involve exam scheduling, hall ticket generation, attendance eligibility verification, question paper governance, invigilation coordination, internal and external evaluation, result processing, re-evaluation workflows, and transcript updates.
In many institutions, these tasks are managed through separate ERP modules, manual attendance cross-checks, email-based evaluator coordination, and spreadsheet-based result consolidation. This increases the risk of eligibility errors, scheduling conflicts, delayed result publication, grade miscalculations, and student grievances. Examination governance must be automated, not manually coordinated.
