Universities invest heavily in admissions and finance automation. But once enrollment is complete, academic lifecycle management often relies on independent ERP modules, separate attendance systems, manual grade uploads, Excel-based academic tracking, and disconnected examination tools.
When these systems operate independently, student records may not reflect real-time status, attendance data may not link with exam eligibility, fee dues may not sync with academic access, and academic progression reporting becomes fragmented. Lifecycle continuity breaks after enrollment.
